UK Innovation funding – up to GBP 9 million to accelerate innovation in low-cost rail solutions and to improve user experience through stations

Up to GBP 9 million to be invested in growing national and international rail markets. Proposals for this funding must be collaborative, business led and involve an SME. Innovate UK is ready invest in industrial research projects with business partners attracting up to 50% of public funding for project costs in the range of GBP 150 thousand to GBP 1 million (with 60% to 70% for SMEs). Projects can take up to 12 months.
