EUR 7.2 million funding is available for Hydropower projects on the Romanian market under the EEA & Norway grants. The focus area of the funding programme is Renewable Energy.

EUR 7.2 million is available as part of the Hydropower call ‘Increased capacity to deliver renewable energy’ under the Energy Programme in Romania,focus area – Renewable energy, financed by the EEA grants.

EUR 24.3 million to become available in the first half of 2021 for renewable energyprojects in Romania (various topics), under the EEA & Norway grants, RO-Energy programme, operated by Innovation Norway.

EUR 13 million funding is available for Greek SMEs and large enterprises via the ‘Business Innovation Greece’ programme under the EEA & Norway grants – 2020 competition. The programme aims to support companies for development, innovation and commercialisation activities. The scheme is operated by Innovation Norway and supports the bilateral relations between the Donor states and Greece.

EUR 13 million funding is available for Greek SMEs and large enterprises via the ‘Business Innovation Greece’ programme under the EEA & Norway grants – 2020 competition. The programme aims to support companies for development, innovation and commercialisation activities. The scheme is operated by Innovation Norway and supports the bilateral relations between the Donor states and Greece.

98 project proposals submitted under the SMEs Growth Programme of the EEA & Norway grants in Romania. 

Up to EUR 12-18 million is expected to be made available to SMEs and large enterprises during the next call (2021) for project proposals via the SMEs Growth Programme in Romania, operated by Innovation Norway. The budget estimation is based on the official data on budget allocation level for this programme as of September 2020.
